A Grayscale Custom Design is the ultimate experience for our most discerning clients. Through our Custom Design service, clients can create custom garments. Get started with a one-on-one appointment with our team where you’ll work with us to design pieces that are unique to you. When booking, please share details related to your design request in the 'Comments' field.
Custom Design Policies
CONSULTATION FEE: We require a $125 deposit for all custom consultations. This deposit will be applied to your purchase following your consultation. In the event of a late cancellation (cancellation without 48 hours notice), the $125 deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We are excited to create a custom Grayscale design for you. We aim to provide a unique experience for our clients. For that reason, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, that you do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You may cancel or reschedule via the booking link, by calling Grayscale at 657-203-4026, or by emailing info@grayscaleic.com. In the event of a late cancellation (cancellation with less than 48 hours notice) or no-show, Grayscale will apply the $125 deposit collected at the time of the reservation as a cancellation fee.
